Why do the planners take 3-4 weeks to produce? 

When planners are sold out, customers can continue to purchase. Once you place your order, we send the planner off to production. This allows us to gauge how many planners are needed and it allows us to keep production costs down, which in turn keeps the price fair for customers. Customers who pre-order planners will be sent a notification when their order has been filled. Upon fulfillment, they will be shipped straight to your home. 

What I want is sold out. When will you restock?

Planners will still be available for purchase upon being sold out. If another product is sold out, it will NOT be resold until it is restocked. Upon restocking, customers will receive an email to notify them of the desired products. Customers can then proceed to the website to purchase their product(s). We try to gauge our inventory and reorder products to get ahead of being sold out, so that customers can receive their products in a timely manner. 

Are the all-inclusive planners customizable? 

The all-inclusive planners are NOT customizable and come as is. However, all planners come in 4 different colors to choose from with over 100 full color stickers. We are a small e-commerce business, and we do not have access to that type of machinery to customize items-- yet! 

Can we order refillable pages for our planners? 

No. Planners are bound and cannot be undone. If you are seeking another planner, please visit the homepage to order a new one. 

 

Are there discount codes? 

Discount and promotion codes will be promoted periodically IF you are subscribed to receive emails. All customers have to do is type the discount or promotion code in during checkout and it is automatically apply. Only one discount code is allowed per purchase. 

 

Shipping

How is shipping calculated at checkout? 

For shipping, each item is weighed before it is entered into the system. Based off of the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing, this will calculate your shipping costs via USPS. This is done to ensure that customers are not over or underpaying for the cost of shipping. We like to be transparent, as we are consumers too. Shipping policies will be displayed in multiple places before and during checkout, so that the customer is well aware of how shipping is done. We are an honest company.

Do you offer local pick-up for Dallas residents? 

Yes. At this time offer local pick-up for Dallas residents. Once you checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method as local pick-up. You will get an email when your order has been placed. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with the local pick-up instructions. (This is a great way to save on shipping costs and a great way to get your product(s) quicker).

Will you offer flat-rate shipping?  

At this time, to ensure that the customer is FAIRLY, paying for the cost of shipping, we will do shipping by weight. This is done to ensure that customers are not over or underpaying for the cost of shipping.

 

Processing Time

How long will it take for my order to process?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. This is a ONE person e-commerce business. Please be patient with us and extend grace, as we are just starting out. Upon processing your order, you will receive an email when your order has shipped or you will receive instructions for local pick-up. During busy or holiday seasons, please allow 3-5 business days for you order to be processed upon shipping.
